NATALIA JIMENEZ RECIBE IMPORTANTE RECONOCIMIENTO DE PARTE DEL IBEROAMERICAN FILM FESTIVAL MIAMI 2024
El Iberoamerican Film Festival Miami (IAFFM) en un homenaje, reconoció a la cantante española Natalia Jiménez durante su sexta edición el cual se llevó a cabo en el reconocido Silverspot Cinema de la ciudad de Miami.
Centrado en promover el talento iberoamericano, el Festival de este año ha elegido a España como país invitado, celebrando el arte español en todas sus formas. Durante esta importante noche de apertura se estrenó la película española “They Shot The Piano Player” de los directores Fernando Trueba y Javier Mariscal. Una historia que celebra el origen del movimiento musical latino de renombre mundial, como lo es el Bossa Nova. La película captura una época fugaz llena de libertad creativa en un punto de inflexión en la historia de América Latina en los años 60 y 70, justo antes de que el continente quedara sumergido en regímenes totalitarios.
“Estamos encantados de haber tenido a Natalia Jiménez como parte de nuestro festival este año. Su destacada carrera musical y logros la han establecido como una figura icónica en la industria del entretenimiento”, dijo Fernando Arciniega, fundador de IAFFM.
Entre sus numerosos reconocimientos, Natalia es ganadora de premios GRAMMY y Latin GRAMMY, respetada compositora e icono de la moda. IAFFM celebra con entusiasmo sus 20 años de carrera musical, un hito significativo que refleja su dedicación y éxito continuo en la industria.
Además de sus logros musicales, las incursiones de Natalia en la pantalla chica, particularmente su papel en la serie “El Rey” interpretando a Chavela Vargas, demuestran su versatilidad y habilidades artísticas más allá de la música. Natalia se encuentra actualmente celebrando sus más de 20 años de carrera musical con una gira super exitosa titulada “Antología 20 Años Tour” que lleva más de 80 conciertos y la posiciona como la cantante femenina con mas conciertos en el mercado regional mexicano.

The Ibero American Film Festival (IAFFM) had the honor of honoring and recognizing Spanish singer Natalia Jimenez during its sixth edition at the renowned Silverspot Cinema in the city of Miami.
Focused on promoting Ibero-American talent, this year’s festival has chosen Spain as its guest country, celebrating Spanish art in all its forms. During this important opening night, the Spanish film “They Shot The Piano Player” by directors Fernando Trueba, Javier Mariscal premiered. A story that celebrates the origin of the world-renowned Latin music movement, Bossa Nova. The film captures a fleeting era full of creative freedom at a turning point in Latin American history in the 1960s and 1970s, just before the continent was plunged into totalitarian regimes.

In addition to her musical achievements, Natalia’s forays into the small screen, particularly her role in the series “El Rey” playing Chavela Vargas, demonstrate her versatility and artistic abilities beyond music. Natalia is currently celebrating more than 20 years of musical career with a very successful tour titled “Antología 20 Años Tour” which has more than 80 concerts and positions her as the female singer with the most concerts in the regional Mexican market.
